What We Offer :
- Hourly Range : $26 - $29 (based on experience)
- Full Time : 40 hrs. / 5-day work week (Monday - Friday : 8 am to 5 pm)

Responsibilities :
This role will report to the Accounting Division ControllerAccurately process weekly and bi-weekly payroll using PaycomMaintain accurate & confidential employee records, managing sensitive matters such as promotions, role changes & terminationsRespond promptly to employee payroll & compensation inquiriesAdminister employee benefits including health, dental, vision & 401(k) plans, handling enrollments, termination & changesMonitor payroll tax compliance across multiple states (ID / OR)Facilitate smooth new hire onboarding, including system setup, orientation & documentationPartner with managers & team leads to support employee needsResolve basic HR questions & reinforce policies & proceduresAssist with HR compliance & reporting, including ACA, OSHA, EEO & policy auditsOversee workers' compensation documentation & claim coordinationContribute to continuous improvement of HR & payroll systemsDesired Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum of 3-5 years proven work experience in HR Generalist, Payroll Specialist, HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Employee Relations, or similar role.Valid driver's license & reliable form of transportation (REQUIRED)Will need to pass a drug test (REQUIRED)Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, HRIS & PPSKnowledge of general human resources & payroll procedures / policiesExcellent verbal & written communication skillsStrong collaboration skills & ability to delegate effectivelyOrganizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priorityAdvanced time management, interpersonal skills & detailed orientedStrong mathematical & analytical skillsExceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilitiesStrong personal & professional ethicsA positive attitude & desire to exceed expectationsKnowledge of Paycom a plus (Willing to train)How to Apply :
