Lead UX Designer

A company is looking for a Sr. / Lead UX Designer to lead strategic research and designs for their Employee Benefits team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a strong understanding of user experiences and explore the needs and motivations of target users

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential problem spaces and lead discovery through mixed-methods research

Own workstreams from strategic planning through design hand-off, including post-release testing and research

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in UX, preferably in commercial software and enterprise environments

Excellent understanding of user experience research methodologies and design principles

Proficient in creating prototypes using tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, and Miro

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or equivalent work experience

Ability to work 100% remotely or from an office
