Overview

Analyst, Media Acquisition role at Hilton. This role is based at one of Hilton’s corporate offices in McLean, VA, or Dallas, TX.

What You’ll Do

Monitor daily performance across Paid Search, Metasearch, and Affiliate channels.

Partner with agencies to ensure campaigns are launched and optimized.

Support budget tracking across channels and help maintain documentation and process improvements for campaign execution.

Identify performance trends and contribute to weekly / monthly reporting decks.

Compile reports, surface insights, and streamline processes that support strategic media decisions.

How You Will Collaborate With Others

Work with agency partners to manage campaign execution and reporting.

Collaborate with channel leads and senior managers to support testing initiatives and performance reviews.

What Projects You Will Take Ownership Of

Weekly and monthly performance reporting across Paid Search, Metasearch, and Affiliate.

Assist in test-and-learn initiatives and performance deep-dives.

Help document and refine processes for campaign setup and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

One (1) year of work experience in digital media - paid search or metasearch.

Experience managing multiple deliverables and deadlines with a team.

Experience leveraging campaign data for performance storytelling.

Familiarity with media platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Rakuten).

Experience with reporting tools such as Excel, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau.

Hybrid work schedule from Dallas, TX or McLean, VA (3 days per week).

Nice to Have

Experience working with agencies or in a matrixed organization.

Exposure to media planning or campaign trafficking.
