Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities including tracking requirements, resources, personnel, and schedules.
• Monitor program funding and assist with budget tracking and financial reporting.
• Support program managers and team leads in the execution of large-scale program efforts.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain program documentation, reports, and presentation materials.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools to manage data, develop reports, and support decision-making processes.
• Assist with risk tracking and issue resolution to ensure timely project execution.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings, reviews, and other program-related events.

Salary Range USD $70,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 / Yr. The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
