Job Description

The Estimator - Federal Projects - Frederick, MD will be responsible for :

• Analyze drawings, specs, and RFPs to develop accurate cost estimates
• Perform detailed takeoffs using Bluebeam Revu
• Write subcontractor scopes and issue bid packages
• Level and evaluate subcontractor bids
• Support proposal pricing and cost narratives
• Participate in internal precon-to-project handoff meetings
• Maintain cost data and improve estimating processes
