Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer requests related to bank products and services
Contact potential customers and provide professional customer support
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of customer service experience required; experience in banking preferred
Previous contact center experience preferred
Previous sales experience preferred
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
