Responsibilities :
Greet customers, listen to their service needs, and create accurate repair ordersMaintain strong customer relationships and deliver consistent communication throughout the repair processMonitor progress of repairs and keep customers updated regularlyCoordinate with technicians on timelines, parts needs, and job completionMaximize service department profitability by identifying and offering recommended services and promotionsUphold ethical standards and dealership policiesParticipate in quality control and help develop standard operating proceduresMaintain a clean, professional, and organized work environmentRequirements :
High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAutomotive service advisor experience requiredCompletion of service advisor / customer satisfaction training preferredFluent in English with strong communication and multitasking skillsProficiency with computers and dealership management systemsAbility to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced, interruption-heavy environmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
