Base pay range
$55,000.00 / yr - $60,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
Editing Specialist (ES) : Edit application essays and school academic essays with students.Brainstorming Specialist (BS) : Brainstorm application essays and school academic essays with students.Sales : Research and prepare materials for sales pitches to students and their parents, provide students and their parents with consultancy sessions and sell Thinktown products.Tutor : Conduct lectures and training sessions either online or in person.Supervisor : Course arrangement and follow-up.Curriculum Practice Specialist (CPS) : Provide high and middle-level college application and career planning counseling to students which includes :School and major selection, daily communication and follow-up with students and parents, phased application material collection and collation, application status follow-up, application tables fill-in, visa guidance.
Course selection guidance.English-test planning and counseling, English-writing tutoring, mock interview.Academic competition planning and counseling.Extracurricular activities design, planning and follow up.Information research, students' information collection and collation.Conduct advisory services to our clients all around the world.Collaborate and communicate with international offices to effectively serve clients and maintain global synergy.Other duties as assigned by the Managing Partner.Basic Qualifications
Fluency in Mandarin and English (written, spoken, and read).A master's degree from a top college or university with a minimum GPA of 3.5.An interest in education and business with an entrepreneurial spirit.Exceptional communication and multi-tasking skills.Ability to work independently and team-player spirit.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Positive energy and results-driven attitude.Flexibility, timeliness, and dependability.Preferred Qualifications
