A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support and service customers through inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales calls and provide information about products and services
Assist customers in filing claims and demonstrate empathy during interactions
Multitask and navigate multiple computer systems while servicing customer needs
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years post-secondary education
Property & Casualty license required for sales roles, with training provided for those not licensed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service
Must have a designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet access
