ELECTRONICS ASSEMBLER

Location : Boonton, NJ

Base Pay $20.00 + 30% = $26.00 / hr as a temp.

7 : 00 am-3 : 30 pm Monday - Friday

Position Summary

Responsible for assembling thru-hole printed circuit boards of low to moderate complexity. Tasks involve intricate fitting, adjusting, and aligning of parts with close tolerances. Requires above-average hand soldering skills and the use of work order packages and online bar code reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire moderately complex equipment following blueprints and models.
• Set up and operate production machines such as component trim, Amp, and riveting machines.
• Perform soldering to best commercial specifications.
• Use hand and power tools as required.
• Build harness assemblies.
• Use work order packages and online bar code reporting systems for labor and manufacturing quantities.
• Perform related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Work overtime as required.
• Strive to meet quality standards in an ISO environment.
