Overview

CIAM Architect / Engineer (L5) with over 10 years of experience to lead operational support and configuration management within our identity and access management ecosystem. This role involves triaging CIAM-related tickets, configuring and managing Auth0 settings and policies, and performing advanced log analysis to identify issues and trends. The ideal candidate will provide guidance to internal teams and ensure the stability and security of CIAM operations.

Base pay range

$60.00 / hr - $70.00 / hr

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational support and configuration management within the CIAM ecosystem.
  • Triages CIAM-related tickets and ensures timely resolution of access and identity issues.
  • Configure and manage Auth0 settings and policies to support secure authentication and authorization.
  • Parse and analyze logs to identify issues and trends; perform advanced log analysis.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on CIAM for internal teams and provide guidance across groups.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in software development and CIAM architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Auth0, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and related protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with Auth0 configuration and troubleshooting.
  • 10+ years of experience; proactive mindset; ability to work collaboratively across teams.

    This position is onsite in Austin, TX and pays $60-$70 / hour. Compensation will vary based on experience.
