The Clinical Manager is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and primarily responsible for the clinical and treatment compliance oversight of assigned Supervisors and their caseload. This position works closely with the Clinical Director to ensure the implementation and maintenance of provider
supervision, treatment compliance and best practices. The Clinical Manager is responsible to maintain their licenses and follow the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) ethics code and requirements.
This position is an office position, including some travel time to other offices and may include field work.
Conducts clinical case reviews with each supervisee a 2x month to ensure quality of the
treatment plan (e.g. goals, learning trees, data and graphs)
Ensures clinical and billing compliance (parent training, assessment and session note reviews,
billing codes) through applicable audits
Maintains respectful communication with colleagues, clients, families, and third parties at all times
Attends training and / or participate in meetings as directed by the Clinical Director
Adheres to policies and procedures, completes all company and BACB required trainings,
upholds ethical standards and maintains compliance with state / local / federal regulations
Maintains current awareness of general changes in the behavioral health field and best practices
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in ABA or related field, with an active BCBA license.
Strong leadership skills to effectively direct, train and supervise assigned Supervisees
Able to work independently but also within a team environment
Analytical abilities, creative problem solving and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft and / or Google Suite, preferably Central Reach.
Customer relations and parent engagement experience
Ability to work at a desk for an extended period of time and travel up to 20%.
