Role Summary
Were looking for an entry-level Technology Manager who is excited to own and improve the systems that keep our business running. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with strong technical skills and an interest in applying them in a business environment. Youll manage our core software platforms, optimize processes, and lead special projectsincluding developing and testing in-house AI tools.
What Youll Do
- Manage and support agency systems (AMS, CRM, carrier portals, internal tools).
- Streamline workflows and implement process automation across teams.
- Lead special projects in AI-related software development and integration.
- Troubleshoot system issues and serve as the primary liaison with vendors.
- Provide staff training and documentation on technology use.
- Research, recommend, and roll out new tools that improve efficiency.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred).Coding experience (Python, or similar) strongly preferred.Ability to analyze problems, design solutions, and manage projects.Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical users.Self-starter whos eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced business.Compensation & Benefits
