POSITION OVERVIEW

The Product Developer manages and tracks the development of apparel and print programs from concept through production handoff. This position includes equal parts data entry into our PLM system for the team and equal parts sample organization / sample maintenance. They play a central role in driving efficiency, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring high-quality execution of contract print projects. Individual must be flexible and work well in a high-paced, fast moving environment. Positive, motivated attitude is mandatory.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be EXTREMELY detail oriented, organized and efficient.
• Committed to meeting deadlines to ensure customers receive samples in a timely manner.
• Ability to problem solve, identify solutions, and recommend new processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and be a quick study.
• Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, power point and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator / Photo Shop / In Design).
• Ability to learn new computer systems quickly is a must
• Self-motivating personality.
• Strong sense of urgency is imperative.
• Must be able to create strong relationships with cross functional teams
• Knowledge of screen printing, trends and apparel production is a plus.
