Summary :
The IT Identity Administrator's primary responsibility is 1) configuring and administrating the Saviynt identity access management solution to add more applications to be in scope, and 2) manual provisioning backup / alternate. Responsible for completing access provisioning / de-provisioning requests timely while ensuring workmanship complies with policies, standards, procedures and industry regulations. Automate access provisioning / de-provisioning processes to enhance operational efficiencies. Provide security creation and maintenance for all company systems regardless of platform. Maintain documentation for all security configurations. Coordinate with project integration teams on security configurations as determined by new systems or system upgrades.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
Configure and administer Saviynt to manage provisioning / de-provisioning of system access.
Provision / De-provision system access manually as an alternate method.
Perform identity lifecycle management.
Maintain strong knowledge of assigned applications including security, upgrades, user base, and system requirements.
Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management related issues.
Maintain standard operating procedure documentation for all systems.
Provide IT support escalations for access management requests or issues.
Escalate issues with appropriate IT teams as needed.
Maintain working relationships with application business owners to ensure internal / external customer service satisfaction is met.
Participate and manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines as they relate to business improvements through the use of technology.
Perform security planning, developing, and implementation of security policies across multiple platforms.
Identify security issues and risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Review security group and assigned members access for regulatory purposes on scheduled basis with application business owners.
Participate in security compliance efforts (SOX, MICS, PCI audits, etc….).
Perform all duties in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Perform continuous operational evaluation and identify process improvement areas.
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Identity Access Management (IAM) Experience : 2–3 years of hands-on experience in identity and access management, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access controls.
Technical Expertise : Strong understanding of computer systems, system administration, and IT operations gained through direct IT experience.
IAM Tools & Platforms : Experience implementing or maintaining centralized IAM technologies; Saviynt experience strongly preferred.
Automation & Efficiency : Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and apply an automation-first mindset to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Identity Lifecycle Management : Solid understanding of identity lifecycle processes, access request systems, and governance models.
Industry Knowledge : Background in gaming and / or hospitality industries preferred.
Regulatory Compliance : Familiarity with SOX, NV Gaming MICS, and other compliance frameworks related to IAM.
Collaboration & Communication : Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; proven ability to partner across departments and influence outcomes.
Attention to Detail : Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Leadership & Initiative : Demonstrated experience contributing to IT team operations, supporting department goals, and fostering a culture of accountability and performance.
Requirements
At least 21 Years of Age
High School Diploma Required; Bachelor's degree in identity access management or related field preferred, or combination of relevant professional experience and professional IAM certification considered.
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.
Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
