Job Description :

The work you will do varies depending on the project, as well as your capabilities and experience. Project Managers are critical contributors to our team and handle a combination of :

• Driving project scoping definition, schedule planning, and budget tracking
• Working in Smartsheet, managing all aspects of meetings and deadlines scheduling, and deliverables
• Leading high-performance project teams

Manage projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints, and build strong relationships with Global Cybersecurity partners and project teams in IT and in the business units. Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and project demands. Form strong project team relationships by leading and motivating team members, identifying and resolving blocks and conflicts. Coordinate efforts of team members, ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately and up to date in file shares and Smartsheet. Manage project scope by ensuring any changes are documented and approved through established change control processes. Proactively identify project issues and risks and create successful action plans for resolving issues and mitigating risks. Track and report on project milestones and provide weekly status report updates to the Cybersecurity team and leadership. Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
