POSITION SUMMARY A Construction Expert brings extensive knowledge and leadership to every project, serving as a hands-on builder, mentor, and team leader. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) VeroTouch requires that the applicant has sufficient ability to complete the required tasks outlined in essential duties / responsibilities along with the physical means and skills outlined below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :

• Manage on-site production and day-to-day operations for 3D-printed residential construction projects, ensuring they meet timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Utilize expert knowledge of construction methodologies to oversee and execute site activities effectively.
• Serve as a hands-on builder, setting a high standard of craftsmanship in carpentry, masonry, concrete work, roofing, tiling, and other construction techniques.
• Actively mentor and teach junior team members and growing construction workers, fostering their skill development and confidence.
• Build and nurture a positive, collaborative team environment that encourages communication, problem-solving, and mutual respect.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to align site operations with overall project goals and requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, integrating innovative practices and new technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project success.
• Document and share best practices to support continuous improvement and innovation in construction methods.
• Uphold a commitment to excellence and maintain a positive attitude that inspires the entire team.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent

5-10+ years experience in construction preferred

Ability to follow instructions and work both collaboratively and independently in a team environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Expected Compensation

$80,000 - $110,000 / annual salary + benefits

The compensation package will be tailored based on several individualized factors, including geographic market, job-specific expertise, professional skills, and relevant experience. The total remuneration for this role may encompass additional elements contingent upon the position offered.
