Compensation :
$75,000+ at plan commission

A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client baseFollow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself onCreate and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-upNegotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactionsDevelop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our businessQualifications :
Familiarity with CRM and marketing / lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quicklyEager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitudeDevelops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunitiesEnthusiastic with excellent people skillsDriven to succeed in sales and in lifeReal Estate LicenseAbout Company
