You Will :

• Monitor and review all monthly intercompany transactions, including inventory movements, and work cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Tax and Trade Compliance teams on transfer pricing invoicing.
• Prepare monthly manual journal entries related to intercompany transactions and other assigned accounting areas.
• Perform account reconciliations in Blackline for areas of responsibility.
• Partner with the ERP team to support automation of intercompany transactions within SAP.
• Assist with equity accounting and reporting processes, including preparation of quarterly journal entries and account reconciliations for share-based compensation.
• Support the preparation of management discussion and analysis (MD&A) sections for Form 10-Q filings.
• Support the Company's cash flow reporting process and prepare various regulatory and banking reports.
• Assist with periodic IFRS reporting to the Public Investment Fund (PIF) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Support the implementation and documentation of processes and controls in compliance with SOX requirements.
• Participate in special projects and other ad hoc assignments as needed.

Salary Range : The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors. Base Pay Range (Annual) $105,400 - $144,980 USD

The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and / or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
