Appliance Refrigeration Repair Technician
Our client is looking for Appliance Repair Technician candidates with exceptional customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Accurately diagnose and repair home appliances
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ability to communicate effectively - with customers, tech support, dispatch routing, and management.
- Ability to make decisions in a timely fashion
- Ability to work both independently and on a team
- Basic Computer Skills and iPad working knowledge
- Technical / Mechanical Aptitude
- Dispatch from your home to customer locations to repair residential home appliances
- Process transactions related to in-home repairs
- Collect payments, issue receipts, and electronically process repair records, customer data, and technical information via a company-issued tablet or laptop.

They have a fully stocked warehouse with a huge inventory supported and fulfilled by the nation’s two largest appliance parts distributors.They do in-office part pre-screens and pre-order parts for most calls run by our field technicians.They are paperless and all service orders and data are done electronically.Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. 5+ years experience as a Full Line Appliance Repair Technician (refrigeration, cooking, cleaning, laundry)Willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver’s license checkWilling to be enthusiastic and customer service-focusedCapable of lifting or maneuvering 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 poundsBenefits

2+ years in maintenance or a related technical role. Experience in Troubleshooting and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including forklift maintenance. Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting. A strong, consistent work history is essential. Experience in corrugation is required.
