We are hiring a Field Sales Engineer to drive sales for Flexmedia XM product line at specific accounts. The position will be fully remote in Detroit area. This position will be paid a base salary plus a sales incentive plan.

Job Responsibilities : Reporting to Flexmedia XM Sales & Marketing Manager you will :
- Grow Flexmedia XM business and meet sales goals at existing and new accounts.
- Identify potential applications for Flexmedia XM specialty test modules at new and existing and existing customers.
- Conduct visits to customer locations and deliver educational presentations, products demos, and technical discussions to evaluate applications and promote test products and solutions
- Conduct proactive outbound business development activities with a goal of conversion to net new customers
- Respond to customer RFQs and work with Alfamation factory team to successfully book and process orders.
- Support the development of a rep network for North America
- Develop and maintain a close relationship with engineering and product groups providing input on current and future product requirements by understanding the customer’s use cases.
- Support marketing activities, including webinars, tradeshows and email campaigns, to promote company capabilities and evaluate their efficacy
- Meet the KPIs and targets assigned by the company regarding sales performance in both qualitative and quantitative terms
- Report on open opportunities and forecasts using CRM system.
Requirements : Job Requirements :
3-5 years of experience in selling test products or systems, or you have worked as a System Engineer supporting salesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, a talented networkerCapable to understand customer’s use casesPossesses a combination of good process, conceptual, business analysis and problem-solving skills.Procactive and business oriented with demonstrated ability to execute new initiatives and drive new businessOrganized, analytical, and highly goal-orientedA degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experienceElectronics test hands-on experienceAbility to travel domestically in North America extensively (up to 50% travel) and some internationalGood knowledge of National Instruments software (TestStand, LabVIEW) is a plusWhat can we offer you?
