JOB TITLE : Senior Project Safety Manager

REPORTS TO : Project Team and Vice President, Safety

POSITION SUMMARY :

As a Senior Project Safety Manager, your core responsibility is to ensure a safe and healthy environment on your assigned project. You'll work closely with all levels of project management and field supervision to align on operational priorities and lead efforts focused on identifying, avoiding, and eliminating jobsite hazards. Your primary mission? Prevent incidents, injuries, and losses by driving a proactive safety culture where accountability and communication keep everyone protected and empowered every day.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

New worker safety orientation

• Lead all new worker orientations on site, delivering clear, impactful safety onboarding.
• Keep orientation materials up to date with site conditions and lessons learned.

Task Hazard Analysis (THA)

Collect and file all safety paperwork including :

REQUIREMENTS :

Must meet one of the following :

Have completed the OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety course and possess at least 10 years of full-time safety experience in construction

COMPETENCIES :

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000. We consider many factors when determining actual hiring salary. These factors may include location, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, internal equity, and market demands.
