Learning & Development Specialist - Branches
Westerra Credit Union is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to deliver engaging learning experiences that support employee growth and drive business success.
The role involves facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions, supporting onboarding and professional development, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all participants.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate Westerra's bi-weekly New Employee Orientation
- Facilitate instructor-led training and virtual instructor-led training sessions across various topics
- Create a welcoming, inclusive, and interactive learning environment
- Use provided materials to deliver training consistently and accurately
- Adapt facilitation techniques to suit different learning styles and group dynamics
