- Call Schedule : 1 in 4. Clinic days are 4 days per provider.

- Call Back Percentage : Weekday - 80%; Weekend - 80%; OB - 80%; GYN - 20%
- Provider will work 4 days in clinic and 8 days of call per month. CNMs generally cover weekends as 1st call
