Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAZTEC is seeking Drainage Project Engineers in our Irvine, CA, and Phoenix, AZ offices to be a task leader for drainage-related tasks on projects for state and local municipalities, mentor less experienced staff and work directly with clients.
Job Description :
Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and design of street and highway drainage facilities including but not limited to storm drain systems, culverts,
retention / detention
basins, ditches, and channels. Experience in preparing and supervising final design tasks including plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Responsibilities will also include marketing local agencies, design criteria compliance, quality control for transportation, and public works drainage.

This position will require general supervision and will have to use independent judgment within established guidelines. Working knowledge of dealing with a diverse population while using tact, diplomacy, and respect.
