Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to support our client’s accounting team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance while contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. This position will report directly to the Controller and work closely with the Treasury Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in the preparation and execution of the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Manage the accrual process and help with corrections as needed.
• Serve as the first line of defense in the monthly close, ensuring that all transactions align with project budgets and financial policies.
• Collaborate with the Controller to review financial statements and provide insights for board meetings.
• Support the Treasury Manager with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions as required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support financial transactions and audits.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience.
