You'll work collaboratively with our Care Coordination team, acting as a crucial bridge between medical staff and hospital administration to ensure every patient receives the right care, at the right time.

What You'll Bring to Our Team :

• Clinical Acumen : Leverage your medical expertise to guide utilization management, focusing on accurate level-of-care determinations and efficient patient progression.
• Strategic Leadership : Provide oversight of physician advisory services, chair key committees (like UM and CDI), and be a respected voice in discussions around quality improvement and risk management.
• Collaboration & Education : Serve as an invaluable resource and mentor for UM staff and attending physicians, offering guidance on medical necessity, documentation, regulatory compliance, and effective resource utilization.

Qualifications

Required Education :

Graduate of an accredited medical school

Required Licensure and Certifications :

MD or DO licensure within the state of employment

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Board Eligible in the area of clinical practice.

Pay Range

$125.00 - $140.00 / hour
