POSITION PURPOSE : This is a senior-level position that will lead the Electrical Engineering department. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with leadership, technical, management, and communication skills. The candidate will define project requirements with clients and stakeholders (owners, construction contractors, regulatory officials) and collaborate with other design professionals inside and outside the firm. Projects include power generation, medium and low voltage distribution, transformers, switchgear, overcurrent protection, branch circuits, power panels, motor control centers, lighting systems, grounding and bonding, cathodic protection, and lightning protection. The candidate will oversee and perform electrical engineering tasks to ensure client satisfaction and technical excellence in all deliverables.
