Key Responsibilities

Drive HR operations, reporting, and process improvements across dealerships.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (Master's / SHRM certification preferred).
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
Automotive retail / dealership group experience highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
Proven ability to manage a multi-location, high-volume workforce.
