The Director of Operations will be a key leader within our Physician Network, responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives that enhance patient access, improve care delivery, and ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across all practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Access Optimization : Streamline scheduling, referral processes, and capacity management to ensure timely and equitable access to care.
- Operational Excellence : Implement best practices to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support high-performing clinical and administrative teams.
- Patient Experience : Champion initiatives that elevate the patient journey, from first contact through follow-up, with a focus on empathy, communication, and satisfaction.
- Quality & Performance : Collaborate with clinical leaders to monitor and improve quality metrics, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Policy & Procedure Standardization : Develop and enforce consistent policies and workflows across the network to ensure alignment, accountability, and scalability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably within a physician network or clinical setting.Strong leadership and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven track record of driving operational improvements and patient satisfaction.Core Competencies
