Job Summary :

• Coordinate food and beverage budgeting, hiring, coaching, training, and menu development
• Establish standard operating procedures and procurement processes
• Develop and implement internal marketing programs to boost participation in F&B activities
• Oversee banquets, social functions, and member events
• Develop and monitor plans, budgets, and procedures for F&B operations
• Manage policies, operating procedures, and staffing for all F&B areas
• Set and maintain expectations for dress, decorum, and service standards
• Monitor adherence to standards and take ownership of operational excellence
