Wood Personnel is working with a leading manufacturer of innovative, high-tech performance tires in Nashville, TN to identify a Customer Service Representative to join their team! They are seeking someone reliable with previous Tire Industry and call center experience with elevated levels of professionalism.
Compensation and Hours for the Customer Service Representative :
- In Office (No remote options)
- $22 / hour
- Monday through Friday; 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm
- Health insurance office during temporary period
- Weekly pay
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative :
Experience in Tire Industry or related industriesPrevious Call Center experienceCustomer Service experienceStrong organizational skills with great attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office specifically ExcelExcellent ability to multi-taskProfessional and courteous phone presenceResponsibilities of the Customer Service Representative :
Answer inbound calls and emails to address customer questions and inquiriesReceive and answer simple to complex customer inquiries for all products through specialized technical knowledge of products and usageAnswer technical questions that are related to tires and their warrantiesProcess customers complaints and give appropriate warrantyResearch and obtain resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issuesKeep up with the competitors product information and tire industry regulationsAny other duties / responsibilities as assigned by management
