In this role, you will support the governance and oversight of financial crime risk across the business. You will act as a subject matter expert, overseeing issues, incidents, and risk impact assessments, while producing risk-level reporting and engaging with senior stakeholders. This role is part of the Integrated Financial Crime portfolio, a multi-faceted program of change that strengthens risk management, enhances automation, and empowers colleagues and customers to identify and prevent financial crime.

To be successful as a Program Manager VP, you should have experience with :

• Delivering complex work within large-scale programs using project management approaches
• Building trusted relationships and collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups
• Influencing and aligning perspectives to achieve shared business outcomes
• Applying knowledge of financial crime systems in areas such as transaction monitoring, screening, sanctions, AML, CDD, and regulatory frameworks
• Driving change and transformation through product enhancements and process improvements

Minimum Salary : $170,000

Maximum Salary : $230,000

The minimum and maximum salary / rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
