Assistant Digital Marketing Manager
The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager supports the Digital Marketing team in supporting the planning, development and execution of best-in-class marketing campaigns across owned digital channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice and increasing levels of guest engagement.
Responsibilities :
Digital Menu Management
- Own the end-to-end setup and optimization of monthly digital menus across eCommerce, delivery, and kiosk platforms, ensuring accuracy, discoverability, and alignment with promotional strategy.
- Manage day-to-day Ecomm changes (image updates, product name changes, etc.) in new Ecomm self-service tool.
- Work with POS, Nutrition, Legal & Operational teams on menu and item setup for each months digital menu.
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI) to extract actionable insights from eCommerce performance data and inform campaign adjustments.
BR Offer Management
Oversee offers set up for BR Delivery & BR Rewards with POS, Ops & Category Management teams.QA offers in lower environments to avoid discount stacking.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and analyze digital offer strategies that drive incremental sales and guest engagement across eCommerce platforms.Support BR Weather Targeting execution to deploy weekly offers based on weather trends.Digital Communications
Organize key details needed for communications to franchisees and work with cross functional teams on proper messaging (ex : 3.1's, readiness, etc.).Organize monthly distribution of BR Digital Newsletter.Digital Cakebook Support
Conduct rigorous QA testing in staging environments to validate menu accuracy, and user experience before deployment.Support in strategy of new digital improvements & initiatives towards Cakebook.Competitive Intelligence
Use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to automate competitive benchmarking and identify emerging eCommerce trends and innovations.Requirements :
4 Year Degree Preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business1-3 years relevant experience in digital marketing & agency managementProfessional-level understanding of digital technologies, channels, methodologies and best practicesGoogle Analytics experience a plusExperience managing CMSAdobe Creative Cloud experienceMicrosoft Copilot Experience (or any AI LLM Model)Data visualization experience a plusStrong attention to detailDigital agency experience preferred; but not requiredProven experience in translating consumer insights / data into actionable marketing initiativesAbility to effectively present programs in person / over the phone to internal and external audiences (large and small)Ability to collect and synthesize information, making it relevant, understandable, and actionable for key stakeholdersAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and be detail orientedSelf-starter personality who can operate with some supervisionIdeal candidate has an inquisitive nature and a passion for learning and solving problemsSalary : $59,504 - $99,173 per year. The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
