Responsible For Executing The Sales Process From Business Development To Nurturing Leads And Closing The Sale In Order To Maximize Club Revenue Through New Business And Customer Acquisition

Product Lines : Private Events And Golf Tournaments

Primary Responsibilities Include The Following :

• Responsible for the development and execution of prospecting and marketing plans for all product lines sold by the club
• Schedule sales calls and business development activities to grow the pipeline with qualified leads and executes sales strategies through timely follow up and activities that produce high closing rates
• Conduct tours of the club to qualified potential clients, coordinating with other departments to create customized experiences that increase sales
• Establish client base of organizations, associations, social and corporate businesses through direct outside and inside sales efforts
• Represent the club at trade shows and other public forums
• Manage prospect database and pipeline including detailed notes and organization utilizing CRM system
• Drive lead generation through cold-calling and outside business development
• Maintain communication with club and sales support team through weekly forecasting, business reviews and sales reporting as necessary
• Manages, coaches, and develops sales manager / s and responsible for the team's overall performance and daily sales activities
• Aligns sales teams scheduling in the club with market demand of product lines. Responsible for managing and communicating sales team calendar and back up list of department heads with GM
• Conduct quarterly competitive market analysis for development of pricing and positioning strategies for growing revenue
• Negotiate function space and food & beverage prices ensuring confirmation and requirements in writing is shared with the client and affected departments
• Accurately forecasts revenues and tracks bookings
