Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve property revenue goals.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure performance excellence.
- Cultivate relationships with key clients and partners to maximize group, corporate, and leisure business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns that enhance visibility and occupancy.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of the New York market & Tri State Area.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to lead a team and achieve ambitious sales targets.Why Join Us?
