Shift : 10am-6 : 30pm Monday-Friday

Job Description

Under direct supervision, the shipping and receiving clerk handles and maintains the flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas according to established guidelines. The role involves providing information for recording the movement of incoming and outgoing materials and supplies. The clerk may operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment. This position requires knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training, and involves tasks that are generally routine and manual. The clerk is expected to follow detailed and defined rules and instructions, making straightforward judgments in simple situations.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain the flow of materials and products in manufacturing areas.
• Provide information for recording the movement of incoming and outgoing materials and supplies.
• Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment as needed.
• Perform tasks according to clearly defined procedures and guidelines.
• Make simple judgments in straightforward situations.
• Select between established solutions when necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50 / hr.
