The Role : Your Impact

The Drug Product Testing Team is focused on Finished Goods testing and supports a lean manufacturing operation with aggressive throughput times. You will perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on intermediates and finished products to provide the information base for product disposition.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform Analytical Testing : Execute standard qualitative and quantitative analysis on in-process products, pure drug substances, and finished pharmaceutical preparations following approved procedures (BAYER, NF, USP ).
• Instrumentation Expertise : Utilize sophisticated electronic instrumentation, including HPLC, spectrophotometers, and viscometers , alongside standard "bench" chemistry techniques.
• Ensure Compliance : Adhere strictly to GMP’s , ISO standards, and corporate safety programs.
• Troubleshooting & Investigation : Evaluate all analytical data; consult with a Supervisor on discrepancies, recommending additional testing, and assist in investigating non-compliance issues and troubleshooting analytical methodology / instrumentation malfunctions.
• Documentation & Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of all analysis information on data sheets for permanent file and proper entry onto laboratory forms.
