A company is looking for a Principal Renewal Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage quarterly and annual renewal portfolio for assigned Enterprise customers
Act as the subject matter expert for all renewals-related activities and coordinate with internal teams
Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities and managing renewal contracts
Required Qualifications
Minimum seven years of renewals sales experience with a software company
Strong selling and negotiation experience
Solid foundational knowledge of IT / software
4-year degree in Business or equivalent experience
