Manage daily on-site activities to ensure smooth project execution. Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with project managers to maintain schedules and budgets. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues promptly. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align expectations. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

A successful Construction Superintendent should have : proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish. Experience with ground up commercial projects of $10M+. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
