Position Summary

The Solution Consulting & Sales Engineering team is a core part of League’s growth organization, focused on applying League’s platform capabilities to power new digital consumer experiences in healthcare. The team collaborates with market development, strategic sales, customers, partners, product and implementation teams to design new digital business models, products, and experiences for healthcare organizations across Payer, Provider, Life Sciences, and Consumer Health markets.

As Principal, Solutions Engineering , you are a leader in League’s solution consulting & sales engineering team. You will have a deep understanding of the League platform and connect customer business priorities with League’s technology and AI capabilities, while helping shape League’s broader strategy for delivering a better digital health experience for consumers.

In this role

  • As a Principal, Solutions Engineering , you will lead the pre-sales team, partnering with Strategic Account Directors to showcase League’s platform capabilities, understand prospective customers’ business and digital requirements, visualize League’s capabilities, and collaborate with customers to align their needs with League’s solutions.
  • Design Digital Consumer Experiences - partner with prospective customers and their business, product, digital & IT teams to define what’s possible in redefining digital and AI in healthcare and benefits for millions of consumers.
  • Align Platform Capabilities to Business Value - demonstrate deep knowledge of League’s platform, technology, and AI capabilities to architect solutions and articulate how they address business drivers such as growth, automation, experience transformation, high-engagement care delivery, and population health.
  • Visualize Best-in-Class Health Experiences - bring League’s platform to life through live demos, presentations, mock-ups, and demonstrations with product, design, and engineering teams to show how AI features enhance the consumer health experience and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Partner for Success - work cross-functionally with customers, implementation, product and engineering teams to turn strategy and requirements into concrete actions to build, launch, and scale new digital health experiences; leverage AI expertise to influence and evolve go-to-market strategy.
  • Growth Team Alignment - collaborate with Strategic Account Directors on RFPs / RFIs, partner contracts, and technical evaluations.
  • Securities-Related Responsibilities - Ensure compliance with Information Security Policies; manage access control per user role; uphold League’s policies and procedures; notify HR, Legal, Compliance & Security of incidents, breaches, or policy violations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10+ years of Solutions Engineering / Pre-Sales experience
  • 10–15+ years of total professional experience
  • Experience in leading solution architecture and software demonstrations for AI-native and / or AI-enabled healthcare IT, digital health, or patient engagement solutions
  • Direct experience with AI / ML solutions in a technical and / or pre-sales capacity
  • Strong understanding of AI’s role in the healthcare tech ecosystem, including secure integration with healthcare data sources
  • Ability to identify data requirements to enable AI solutions
  • Platform-as-a-Service or Software-as-a-Service experience
  • Excellent storytelling and communication skills for executive, technical, and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Nice-to-Have

  • Healthcare (Payer) industry experience in sales, business development, or strategy consulting
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent
  • Product Management, Engineering, or Solution Architecture experience
  • US Applicants Only : The US-specific compensation range below is exclusive of bonus, equity, and benefits and represents base salaries across US locations. The exact range depends on skills and experience.

    Compensation range for USA applicants only

    $175,000 - $200,000 USD

    Canada Applicants Only : The Canada-specific compensation range below is exclusive of bonus, equity, and benefits and represents base salaries across Canadian locations. The exact range depends on skills and experience.

    Compensation range for Canada applicants only

    $165,000 - $210,000 CAD
