Job Details

We are seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to join our team of accomplished lawyers. The ideal candidate will be able to manage several diverse cases at a time and will be well-versed in personal injury, wrongful death, or mass tort cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a personal injury caseload from onset to litigation
• Research case law to analyze precedents or similar cases for plaintiff tactics
• Answer client questions regarding proceedings, negotiations, and other related questions
• Draft, review, and interpret all legal documents for clients
• Create a case strategy based on previous cases and prior knowledge
