Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employment Law Trial Defense Attorney with a strong specialization in defending public education clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of California employment law, particularly as it relates to public sector employment, and have substantial trial experience. This role involves representing public education institutions in a variety of employment-related disputes, providing strategic legal advice, and managing all aspects of litigation.
