Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Demonstrate L&D functional expertise with a deep understanding of instructional design and adult learning theories to ensure that learning materials are effective, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives and performance outcomes.

Design and develop high-quality, blended learning curriculums using various mediums, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and microlearning experiences through videos, infographics, and other digital assets.

Align enterprise strategy to content creation to prioritize and drive outcomes.

Set enterprise learning standards and maintain playbooks in conjunction with leadership. Evaluate all submissions to the Learning Governance Committee to ensure alignment to Ivy’s standards.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to conduct thorough needs analyses to identify learner needs and develop targeted solutions for performance improvement.

Utilize multimedia tools to enhance the delivery and interactivity of learning content through various modalities.

Conduct thorough reviews and revisions of content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to organizational standards.

Develop and implement evaluation strategies to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven enhancements.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in instructional design, adult education, or related field.

Proven experience in adult learning, instructional design, curriculum development, and learning content creation.

Proficiency with multimedia development tools, including TechSmith Camtasia / SnagIt, Vyond, etc.

Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Captivate, etc.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, passionate about creating engaging learning experiences.

Experience working with Workday learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.

Compensation for this role ranges up to $80,000.00 based on experience.
