Position Details :
Location : New Prague, MN with potential for some telehealth
Schedule : 0.8 or 1.0 FTE, Schedule is flexible, but an ideal candidate would be able to work 2 evenings per week as well as afternoons to accommodate client’s schedules
Position : Clinical Trainee (free supervision provided) or Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP) to provide outpatient therapy who specializes in or has a special interest in working with families, children, and adolescents.
Pay : $50,000 to $85,000 for 1.0 FTE, dependent on experience

Responsibilities :
Provide individual, family, and / or group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
Maintain client documentation in compliance with state and agency standards
Communicate effectively, professionally, and in a timely manner
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
Participate in ongoing professional development and consultation / supervision
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
Licensed Therapist must hold active MN licensure (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT or LP)
Clinical Trainee must be pursuing licensure (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT)
Trained in DC : 0-5 or other specialized training related to working with children / adolescents
Strong communication skills and a commitment to client-centered care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
