Revenue Org @ Pave
The Revenue pillar includes our Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Strategy teams. This group drives growth and ensures clients achieve transformative results with compensation intelligence. We focus on moving prospects from discovery to scaled implementation across enterprise organizations, partnering with compensation leaders to identify strategic opportunities and ensuring ROI through our platform—from benchmarking and band creation to merit cycles and total rewards communication. The rev ops team uses data-driven insights to optimize the client lifecycle; marketing translates compensation challenges into clear value propositions; partnerships expand Pave's ecosystem through HRIS and financial system integrations. Over the next year, we aim to accelerate enterprise growth and deepen client relationships through expanded use cases. We're seeking revenue professionals passionate about solving complex compensation challenges and delivering measurable business impact for leading companies.
Product Support Team
You'll become a Pave product and compensation expert to support our global customers. You'll ensure customers understand the product, derive value, and serve as the front line for daily questions. You'll work with Account Management, Engineering, and Customer Success Engineering teams to support customers.

Compensation
Salary is one component of Pave's total compensation package, which includes equity, medical / dental / vision, unlimited PTO, and region-specific benefits. The target cash compensation for this position (level-based) is :
