Job Purpose :

This position coordinates total maintenance operations consisting of managing Equipment Service Technicians, Equipment Service Staff / Team Leaders. Responsible for managing, developing, and improving preventative maintenance reliability programs.

Key Accountabilities :

• Analyze / evaluate equipment failures / inefficiencies and develop, implement, and measure effectiveness of countermeasures
• Ascertain hidden equipment failures and develop path-forward countermeasures
• Identify preventative and predictive equipment needs
• Perform root cause analysis
• Analyze equipment operations to minimize potential contribution to failure
• Analyze computerized maintenance management system (CMMS-Maximo) for the following :

Equipment failure frequencies
