Link's 10-week paid summer internship program helps students gain valuable experience and develop business skills while learning the basics of logistics real estate. We offer internships in over 15 departments including Capital Markets, Construction, Corporate Communications, Development, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investments, IT, Asset Management, Property Management and more.

Link is looking for actively enrolled juniors (rising seniors) who would be interested in a real estate internship. You will be working with a cross-functional team of both supply chain and real estate veterans while developing a data science skillset via in-depth projects that'll involve applying statistical and technical rigor to solve key challenges surrounding the world of industrial real estate.

What You Will Bring :

• Analyze and report on data that helps track structural change in customer industries
• Synthesize, cleanse, and monitor data received from various internal teams and third-party sources
• Build and maintain ad hoc and recurring presentations, reports, and analytics for senior management and Blackstone
• Track and evaluate key drivers of investment performance using internal investment data
• Handle special projects and analyses across investments and supply chain, as assigned

Qualifications :

$45 / hour represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
