Overview :
Collections Specialist – Contract-to-Hire – Northeast Indianapolis
Location : Onsite in Northeastern Indianapolis area
Schedule : M – F 8am to 5pm (some flexibility around core hours)
Pay Rate $19 - $20 an hour

LHH is currently recruiting for a Collections Specialist in Northeastern Indianapolis. This is an onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity with a solid client in the transportation / logistics industry.

Position Summary :
Investigate delays in payment and deductions
Work closely with the supervisor and credit analysts to determine credit increases
Provide current statements weekly and keep follow-ups for clients
Resolve and prioritize queries and disputes daily
Establish client payment arrangements
Assist billing department with rebills and corrections
Provide and upload missing documentation on multiple third-party billing portals
Research discrepancies on paperwork such as delivery receipts, Bill of Lading, and repair invoices
