job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform precision work to a close tolerance on components that have had considerable value added to them by previous processes. Load, check, and run tooling and programs. Monitor and maintain tooling during job run. Perform in-process inspection and documentation results. Support continuous improvement ideas and concepts. Support and monitor production tooling. Highschool diploma required. Experienced in programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment, grinders, and jig grinders. Skilled in reading procedures, work instructions, and engineering graphics. Knowledgeable in grinding fixtures, CHC profile, jib grinders, and grinding machine controllers. Strong ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate with engineering, production, and toolroom teams. Join our team as a Toolmaker and take your skills to the next level in a dynamic, hands-on environment! In this role, you'll work with EDM equipment and programming using CAD / CAM systems. You'll also apply advanced CNC milling skills to support dynamic tool room needs.
What You Will Do

- Set-up and operate CNC equipment, EDM Die Sink, Wire EDM, Milling and turning machine, polishing and high precision grinding operations tools using test graphic information from the CAD / CAM system.
